For the two sides use Miter T Tracks 1639786902520.jpeg

For up and down use a small car jack.

Any ideas on completing this one?

I would use acme-threaded stainless rods driven by a chain so they operate perfectly in tandem. However, T-track and a car jack would work. There are probably some YouTube videos on making a router lift; I haven't investigated, but I will need to, as my router table is poorly designed and I will need to replace it at some point.
