I'm moving to Eastern Tennessee in a couple weeks, Lord willing. The area is called Morristown. Lots of industry, fairly rural, lots of old fashioned, Bible believing Christians and churches. Smith and Wesson will be moving a plant into the area in the near future, from what I have read. I think I saw that you live in Texas? What part if I may ask? I think Texas and Florida are some of the states that people are relocating to en masse right now to escape their local tyranny. That's a part of the greater "circling the wagons" movement too, I guess.Oh yes, I've seen this in several western movies but never heard the expression lol where can I join your people![]()
Basically, I think people need to start paying attention to current events, forming communities of like-minded patriots, and learning how to become more self-sufficient for when the transportation grid goes down and food isn't available at grocery stores any longer. Some of these things can be done no matter where you live, even if you are stuck.
My personal hope is to get some land eventually and keep a fish pond, bees, butterfly garden, start growing more of my own food and storing/canning it. Maybe get some chickens. Join a militia. Etc.
