How many rep points equals a Rep Power?

and see i see this we have many(most) members who have 3000 post so rep power 10,,,,but if you search their postings you will find,,,,,,,2999 post that say "dummy","idiot",,"read",,,,"unlearned",,,ect. thousands of post from them that do not edify...but under the current "measure",,,,they have rep10,,,,,becouse of the amount of times they said "anything",,,,,,,base it on likes and they will fall to rep1,,,,,

Yes Shrimp, I too, for one, would like to know how this works but it appears that no one here may know the answer to that. Therefore, perhaps a mod. or admin. can answer this one for all to know. Thanks in advance.
