The book of Tobit mentions Raphael, for example.

Yes, Tobit mentions Raphael from the Apocryphal books. Michael and Gabriel are two other angels. These are the good angels in service of God. Some fallen angels including the evil one are mentioned. There are other angels but they are not named in the Bible.
