I learned something new. 1. hit reply with Quote 2. Look at Quote. 3. Get rid of any part of Quote you don't want. 4. Type your message after the word QUOTE.

You should be cooking with gas now.

Yes, Okay so when you do your test, try this thread. Like get rid of everything on this quote but "THIS IS A TEST".

Now when you want to reply, 1. hit the reply with quote 2. you should see something like this pop up ((this should be a bracket but I can't find that button so (QUOTE=OVERCOMER2;1287760) Yes, Okay so when.................(/OUOTE)

those words QUOTE are the inside of the quote don't delete those. Just delete all the message that you do not want plus my quote gibberish that I was using to explain. I have not tried to reply to my own quote.
Well, keep trying.

As you can see it did not work. Now, here is my question, when I came inside
the post you wrote, you said to get rid of all but ... THIS IS A TEST.... But, when
I am inside your post, or block, I have no control over what is inside yours. But
when I hit Reply With Quote, of course then it brings yours down into mine and
then I can delete some of yours or mine. I did try as you instructed but it just
did not work for me. It is not your fault. It is mine. That was what I was trying
last night..... working on my own ... and then of course that is when I gave up.
I know there is some setting or something I might need to click on ?

Okay well don't give up you have a whole life time to figure it out. When you hit the reply with Quote and the person's Quote comes up,you move your cursor in their quote (don't add your words here) after you delete what you do not want (get out of their quote by putting your cursor at the last (QUOTE). You see there are two. The QUOTE word is like this symbol (") So, add your words after the last (QUOTE) I usually hit return so that it gives me a space. Keep trying
