How do I open up the ratings box?

People have switched from using Microsoft Edge (which they broke doing upgrades), to using
Mozilla FireFox, among a few others where the reactions still work. There are threads about this
issue in the user2user section I think it is? They also can be made to work on phones, especially
older phones have no problem at all. On my newer phone I open the box and they all disappear
but if I put my finger where one is supposed to be the name of it will come up and then I shift
my finger to that and it complies by adding that reaction to the post. Ugh. LOL
