I really feel led to open this up.. I feel like there are other struggling homosexuals on here looking for help.. God has not forsaken you. These Christians who condemn you are wrong. Yes, its a sin, but I know, you wanna be loved. To the 'righteous' Christians, you are not without sin either.. Jesus said a prostitute will make it into heaven before a righteouss man. Because a righteouss man thinks he is not guilty. A prostitute knows she is wrong. So if you been demonized for being gay, understand, it's not possession. You just chose to give into temptation. You might have been born gay, but you can be born again. :) it's your choices that make you who you are. I love you all <3
 
I am willing to bet that a vast vast majority of Christians do not really follow the Bible. And I am willing to bet the ones spewing hatred towards homosexuals are at the top of that list.

Quite the controversial subject here. All people sin even christians. But we are to keep a repentant heart. Praying for forgiveness and turning from that sin. If it is to difficult for us to turn from on our own, it might be a bondage that we need delivered from. I have known many gay people that were likeable people. I do believe gay tendensies may be part of human nature some just choose to act on them. I find it hard to say you have truly repented if you continue to willingly live the lifestyle guilt free. Christians do have the duty to tell the truth according to gods word but do it in love not hatred. I can't say I condone being gay because it is not biblical. I don't think you can honestly say "I'm living to please god" and willfully continue to go against god. As a christian I can't sugarcoat the truth and say its ok to be gay and still go to heaven. But at the same time I can't say because someone is gay now that they won't go to heaven. God knows every mans heart and he will judge, that is not my job or any christians. It is our job to love and to be an example for the world and bring people to god. Being gay may not be gods will for us but niether is driving people away from him by being a hypocritical judge reguardless of the situation. Yes mary magdelene was a prostitute but after her encounter with jesus did she continue in prostitution or did god change her life.

well my friend that is true. But those of us who DO follow the bible are the ones who will help out. Coming out of that lifestyle im with this thread all the way. And im here as well for anyone struggling in this area. :) God bless you all
 
Yes, "God is love," but God is also the Truth. "God is light and in HIM there is no darkness." The word of God is "a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path." God is neither confused nor confusing. Thank God! :)

Besides, there are, like, a ton of homosexual churches worldwide, go enjoy yourselves where you ARE welcome.

If you have something to express about being "Christ-like," then do so. Otherwise, please do refrain from any opinion belittling others -straight or not.

Okay, a call to all who read the Bible.

Does it not grieve you that all kinds of lies are being told to keep homosexuality in captivity?

Since when is God, who set the entire Universe in motion and Who created all matter therein, does not know what HIS definition of abomination is?

Since when is God in the business of expressing HIS holy opinion for the sole purpose of confusing the reader? LOL

Does not Paul say, "...and such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God?" (1 Corinthians 6)

The Apostle Paul says, "WERE." He does not say, "ARE" homosexual.




 
Not to sound sacrilegious but I always take the non-synoptic gospel parts of the New Testament with a grain of salt, especially ones written by Paul.
 
The Lord Jesus already bled and died for homosexuals AND heterosexuals. His blood can make us whole. Praise the Lord!

Far be it from us to reject such a GREAT SALVATION or to water down anything. We are all in desperate need of God's pure mercy and grace. Homosexuals are not spared.

You either repent and trust Jesus for your salvation like the rest of us or you don't. There is no "special" allocation for being born a human!

Believe it or not, that's still the truth. :)
 
Well, if the Apostle Paul cannot be taken a face-value, the Lord Jesus can always be trusted at face-value.

The Lord Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life... And whosoever lives and believes in me shall NEVER die. Do you believe this?"

There's one question the Lord has asked, "Do you believe" that Jesus is life? Any homosexual should trust Jesus to be his/her life. The more room God gains in us, the less room there is for our decay.

After all, the Lord promised to be our resurrection! Like sweet! :)

This spirit is awfull i have fought with it and it is a hunger that never dies.It constantly wants to be satisfied.It will barter your morals,and seperate you.
We all have to fight the lusts of the flesh,for they war with the spirit.Your not alone headerosexual people also fight to resist there sexual desires towards each other.

I know a boy at a young age was sold into a brothal ,his first sex was with men.These men had a homosexual erge to have sex with him,for the longest time he thought he might be gay because of the memorys of the men.People would also accuse him of being gay cause he was uncomfortable around nakid men.He kept hearing a voice saying i must be gay.He got high on drugs alot.He said i dont believe in God anymore.I hate this world and im not gunna let some back country hic tell me morals,Im gunna do whatever i want.
One day he was driving and he said im gunna get wasted on drugs and try it on my own choice this time.On his way God called him and said"The world and the things that happened to you,are from mens desires.Mens desires hurt many,They built the whore house you where in.They formed the prison you had to enjure.Im calling you out of it God said.He said learn my ways and walk in them,I love you son.

This boy Loves God now and see's the others being hurt daily by mens/womans sexual desires,headero and homosexual.

Im calling you out
