Music is a super cool hobby you can do for free in your computer. There are free programs to make music and free instrument plugins to use in those programs.

No, computer music is NOT just for techno. You can make anything from bluegrass to country to heavy metal in a computer.

I longboard whenever it’s not snowing or raining. That’s the inexpensive street version of snowboarding I suppose, which is my other hobby, strictly practiced in the winter. Both are very healthy and sharpen your senses. I normally live around mountains or flat lands, so I don’t get to surf much, but I try to whenever I visit a beach town. That’s like the water version of snowboarding.

I play drums too (rock drumming on a drum kit). It can be good cardio, so it’s quite healthy too. This hobby requires living somewhere where noise is not an issue and you’re willing to shell out $400+ for a drum kit.

hub and I do play music - I have been learning to play the harmonica
for about a year or so -
I don't count this as a 'hobby' though, because at my age it's a gift/therapy!
