You can repent that is to apologize to GOD and turn your desire and action from the sin. GODS will is that we may go to Heaven if we follow HIM with love and willingness. My argument was that it is certain that we reach Heaven if we follow Our Heavenly Father through his guidance and loving correction. I'm not sure where your stated possibility exists that we won't reach Heaven if we truly follow God.
I'm not GOD so I could not say yes or no and I could not remember the verse where it says something about going to heaven. Something about being in HIS will. I can't think very well
I think it's about having a real and meaningful relationship with HIM in love and and wanting what HE desires and changing our ways that need to be changed (to get out of sin) willingly because you love HIM and it the right thing to do. @Tiffanyjc7 are you saying that we can trust in Jesus, do the will of the Father and we might not go to heaven? We can't know that we are saved? That is @Apex116 's concern. He believes that when you say may you are saying maybe.

Here may is being used in the affirmative as in giving permission. There is not doubt.

When I ask my Father's permission if I may go out, it depends on my behaviour as His child (of GOD).
If there is no doubt, He will say you May or you May not as it may be past bedtime He assigned me for Example.
If there is doubt, then the Lord may be giving me a second chance, maybe a chance to reflect my behaviour before going out, maybe not.
