Yes, they do indeed.
the unstudied lonely old clean Bible owned by a Christian, hhhhmmmmmm! however, a story for all: a guy went out to snowplow a storm back in 1995. during that time, the oiler burner decided to blow up & contaminate the house with soot. absolutely everywhere, there was soot! yes, even inside the cabinets. ask anyone who works in heating, they'l tell you that happens. so he comes home to this ugly surprise. the landlord called the fire restoration company & it took 2 & a half weeks to decontaminate the house. the plowman lived with his mom for those 2 & a half weeks. by law, he had to throw out all the food, even the food in the refrigerator. & yes, that food was contaminated! while going thru everything, he found his Bible TOTALLY UNTOUCHED by any soot or dirt at all, TOTALLY CLEAN! & the Bible was out in the open! A MIRACLE FROM GOD!! the person that that happened to is the one who posted this story, me!

Oh! That is an amazing story! Thank you for sharing. I did not know that all food would be contaminated in such a circumstance. I lived alone above an abandoned Max Milk store for a while, and awoke one day with soot everywhere after the furnace had had a meltdown over night. The black dust covered everything, was up my nose, and gave my normally white-booted tabby cat cat grey socks. Yes, I do consider myself very fortunate to have survived such an event, though in truth I have no idea how serious the situation truly was for me. That is not the only time I believe God acted to protect me while living there...

my greatness, praise the Lord Magenta! it's rare that such an event occurred between 2 people who know each other.

Welcome, 3 Timothy. Sorry, but 1 Timothy and 2 Timothy are already taken. Seriously, we are happy to have you in our midst. Jump on in, the water is fine, but you already knew that as a Baptist.

Welcome fellow Christian and parson. Just giving you heads up, that there are few false brethren on this forum. But, some good shepherds. Psalm chapter 1. Peace.

Magenta, I just started a thread on the man of sin a half hour or so ago. It seems to have disappeared. Was it something I did wrong?
Oh! My apologies, as I just saw this now, and it does appear that your thread went through...
most all threads with very few exceptions do need to be vetted by forum mod of whom there
is only one... I have been very busy AI generating backgrounds and faces for future use... I have
never done this before! It took a while before I was getting results that were very pleasing and
I got a few things that still make me laugh to think of them, like a couple of three-armed women,
and when I wanted eyes close up and it gave me only one, I then asked for two and got this:
