That's a good question! I would say late teens on through the 20s for sure and maybe even into early 30s...What ages are considered young adult?

Well, you are an adult, and you are certainly young compared to me! LOLI'm 32 and do not consider myself at all to be a "young adult" haha. That's why I asked.

But it is a subjective grouping I suppose... nobody has to "stay in their own lane" here...
And all the boards are open to the whole wide world except the Ladies Forum...
Although only members can post. Truthfully, the teens and young adult sections get very little traffic.
Have you always gone to bed very early? I guess I was more of a late owl most of my life, especially before I cleaned up after crying out to God for help and I was delivered of my drug and alcohol addictions at the age of 39. But that did not necessarily make me go to bed earlier. LOL. I did not start going to bed earlier until, hmmm, I would say after the age of 65. I went through chemo and had multiple surgeries then that really changed up my routines, and now, at the age of 70, 10 pm does not seem too early to go to bed any more. My daughter has had back and sciatica issues/arthritis for quite some time and her bedtime has been around 8:30 for as long as I can remember! My life was so different from all that... And now I nap also. Haha. The guilty pleasure of naps!Regarding the number of years I've been alive, I can understand being considered young in certain contexts.
My strict bedtime of 8pm, my sore back and knee beg to differ though lol!
