Well look at this,

Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself.
Galatians 6:1 NLT

And for the KJV

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Galatians 6:1 KJV

Looks like it is possible after all for Christians to fall into some sin. And what shall we do? Gently and humbly help the person who has.

Not questioning their salvation.
Not condemning.
Not getting into doctrinal debates about whether a Christian can sin.
And you know, whatever.

Help them.

Exactly. A lot of us especially make the mistake of judging and condeming - loosing sight of our responsibility to help.
We should also look at them with sympathy because they are lost. Lord, help us, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
God Bless.

God point breno ! but people are so quickly offended...also we are keen to GIVE advice but not prepared to TAKE it....it works or does not work both ways.

You see there is this battle between flesh and spirit....not only in ourself but also between the natural man and the spiritual man so we are unable to agree. There is ENMITY between us from the start even if we try to subdue it...the spirits sense it and only one word can flare it up !
very often Words are not received in the same spirit they are sent because the prince of the power of the air is already at work in the disobedient, turning and twisting the words.
The only remedy is to go to the ONE TRUE HEALER who can stop us being victims of this devilish deceiver....UNtil they do they can not be helped.
WHO is the True Savior ? Jesus Christ - Lord of the Sabbath ! no other ! Let HIM circumcise your stony heart to receive Truth !

In most cases, yes, we must help that person. But I think that when it comes to leaders they should be removed from their positions.

Recently a preacher in my denomination was found to have a mistress and lost his ministry. He may attend services, but is not allowed to speak or pray publicly in the church.
