Welcome to CC and nice to meet you. There is a book I read at the library 'Why Spiders Are Good' and it explains how helpful they are. Farmers sometimes order them in order to eat the many pests that can ruin crops. There is a rule in our home that no one can kill a spider, I will get it and escort it out in the yard. The only scary time is when a tarantula got loose in the house and we couldn't find it, we didn't want to wake up and find it sleeping next to us, lol.
