Cool!
Do you have paid membership? I'm asking because I can receive PMs if you want to contact me on that or anything else..

I know what you mean by fascism. I studied the various forms of gt after I got saved. Oversimplified, it's Basically it's a marriage of corporations and the state.
German WW2 Fascism was a form of national socialism.
Well, if you're interested, you could start here (warning: I'm boring):

I do however have a different take on fascism. Italy's and Germany's were offshoots of socialist movements. That however never stopped either fascist or communist (there's a difference?) governments from permitting the existence of large corporations when they realized that pure government control doesn't generate a penny of wealth -- just as long as those businesses play ball with the government.

I stand corrected. I forgot that fascism is not necessarily a form of socialism, but Germany and Italy adopted that form of control under their dictators, Hitler being National Socialist Party Chancellor.

Thank you, that is excellent!

Oh... well thank you.

All of these "systems" are collectivist: group over person, "society" (i.e., government) over individual. That is socialistic. But, neither communist not fascist countries can last long unless they allow some form of private ownership of the means of production. China's learned this... the Nazis learned this. Even Castro started to allow some Cubans to have their own farms.

You might already be familiar with this site.
Most of their materials have been historically sound from my best judgement and it seems you may like it too. Here's a sample podcast on the subject at hand.

We, my wife and I, are doing ok. We live in a small country town of just 500 people. Away from all the crazy of the big towns and cities.
I have never been to Australia, but I have always been inspired by the outback, the wilderness. Especially as shown of the indigenous via the YouTube channel "Fishing the Wild." I was just saying to my wife today that if the power grid goes down, we air conditioned "blokes" will be done. I of course grew up in South America, a country called Guyana. The rain forest was my back yard. On a coconut plantation. But then we immigrated to the US of A, from the green jungles to the concrete jungle, I like to say.

Hope to get to know you folks in the Lord.

I've heard that Guyana is very beautiful and have seen videos to prove it.
What brings you from one of the SA paradises to North America?

Where you came from is a beautiful place for sure.
I love the bush where we are and know it like the back of my hand. Where and how to find and catch food without weapons. I'll admit it though, id prefer to buy it 😆

Gov't persecution of my father at the time. The Kleptocrat Burnham at the time wanted to steal his business and throw his children in an abusive military.

Yea living totally off the bush is not fun. But it is an advantage to be able to survive off grid

It's a shame that he did that to you and your family.
The story of tyranny is a bitter one.
The same thing happened to one of my teachers. He revived the Philippines school system national history and started a physical fitness program that brought Arnis back to the culture and military.
His schools, and martial arts associations were stolen by the new general of the new Marxist regime. The general put a price on his head, so Professor Presas barely made it out of the country by one day, alive by the grace of God. He established schools on the west coast and taught my school in the east.
There were other opportunities in America/ USA as he was twice inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame. Sorry to ramble on. Your family experience reminded me of one of my great teachers.

The Lord can turn such hardship into blessings and I trust He has for you and yours.

Well we are all alive and well in the US, and Burnham was so eventually disgraced that even his own country would not offer him the dignity of a burial before his cursed corpse decayed. Sometimes the fate of the evil are brought to fruit in this world. As for me, I am trying to preserve the great human experiment of America itself at www.newamericanspring.org, my life's visionary work.

We shall see.

I'd like to see some pictures of your native back woods, if you have...

That's interesting. Ill read more again later.

Burnham and Jim Jones remind me of a Bible passage about Ahab and his wicked wife, Queen Jezebel.

Here's a top view of the eastern terrain of "Almost Heaven" West Virginia.

A few river views after the 1:15 on.

Bottom view from down under (not the Australian version though:)
When I went through this, the water was real high and I swam probably over 50 yards in the dark until I found the exit. Pretty exciting, but creepy not having safety device and holding a light while swimming ( no headlamp). Cool cave. They're all over the state. More caves than any other.
