Hi everyone! Iā€™m excited (and a little nervous) to be here. Iā€™ve been learning to quiet distractions and focus more on God lately, and Iā€™m grateful for a place like this to grow and connect with others who love Jesus.

A little about me: I love quiet mornings with coffee and the Word, walks outside to clear my mind, and finding small ways to serve others. Godā€™s been teaching me a lot about trust this year, especially Proverbs 3:5: ā€œTrust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.ā€ Itā€™s been keeping me grounded.

Looking forward to learning with you all and encouraging each other here. How do you all like to start your mornings with God?

Hey beccaa, welcome to the CC fellowship and Forums! I've started to make it real by thinking of God first thing when I wake up and thanking and praising Him. My routine is to watch the one yr Bible w/Molly Sparling(this is my 3rd yr), then I watch Joyce Meyer, then Better Together on TBN. I also give a listen to my fave faith teachers throughout the day. Hello Beccaa,
Welcome. My perfect morning, and trust me, they don't all go this way, begins with a psalm, a proverb, some Spurgeon, and a few chapters of whatever else I might be studying at the time. And then prayer. Its a new routine for me, only been at it a couple of years. I wish I had lived my whole life this way, better late than never I guess.

There's a little something for everyone here, just be warned, the debates can get a bit intense sometimes.

Welcome. I start each day with a reading from Watchman Nee, who expounds a Bible verse. I have a journal and much of my praying is written. I'm retired so I love not having to go to work. My wife and I find plenty to do.
