You may still be dehydrated, why not try more water? I live in Florida and it is a very real concern here.WOW! How does one follow up posting after all that?
After battling some bad G.I. issues recently and trying to rule reasons for it out, I have come to the realization that it all started during the first heat wave we had here almost 2 weeks ago. I realized that I had a TON of sweating, much more than I'm used to even after intense work outs. So I thought maybe it's an electrolyte imbalance?
I'm not a big fan of sports drinks due to the dyes and sugars most of them contain. Not a fan of aspartame or sucralose, which many of the "sugar free" version contain. I searched our local grocery store's web sites for keto style, low carb, no sugar electrolyte powders and found this one:

they also have the flavor enhancer drops as well as electrolyte drops, but I haven't tried those yet.
I liked both flavors, though I really like the lemon-lime, and I don't usually like that combo (unless its 7up/sprite). And so far no drying out of the mouth after taste.

Here's another electrolyte source
Dead Sea Salt
I started using a pinch in a glass of water to improve my minerals, like essential electrolytes. Most people need to supplement with proper minerals. When I got chest discomfort, a headache and other signs of dehydration after working outside, I went straight home and drank glasses of water with a pinch of Dead Sea Salt. I don't know of any commercial sports drink that has as many different minerals. Then I rubbed a solution of it on my chest and calves. They felt better as did the headache. Coconut water was also good.
I don't know much about Dead Sea salt. I have always used a daily vitamin and mineral supplement. I don't have the muscle cramps that many of have.

That won't hurt but if you want to lose fat consistently google "ketoflex 12/3". I ran into this while doing research about Alzhiemiers. I have been losing 2 lbs. a week and finally had to stop the process. Just keeping it steady now. The thing is you don't get hungry (really). If you can maintain a schedule you can lose all the weight you wish.So I'm trying a new tea to boost metabolism, along with lots of exercise. My mother told me about this concoction but i'm pretty sure we all may have heard about this before in order to be healthy and lose weight.
Anyways, it's green tea with a turmeric, ginger, and curcumin pill poured in, with a tip of a plastic knife of stevia.
Apparently, this drink is supposed to help boost metabolism and burn fat, along with exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
Most of my work has me mostly at a computer, so this works for me.
Has anyone else tried this combination before, and did you have good results?

I've tried this before 3 times and pretty much gained all the weight back 3 times, so I will most likely not be taking this advice. That won't hurt but if you want to lose fat consistently google "ketoflex 12/3".
