This drink image of the Chamoy drink I'm currently having is the complete opposite of what this thread is all about; so I guess this is an example of a non-healthy drink option.

This thread is for Christians to post healthy drink options; mostly drinks with no sugar, aspartame or other high-glycemic options.

For example: water, unsweetened flavored water, tea, coffee, (gross) sparkling water, flavored sparkling water sweetened by either stevia, monk fruit, sucralose or other low glycemic options.

Please, shower us with your drink options; just not this Chamoy smoothie ;)

I'll go first and say I've been really digging Zevia's Creamy Root Beer stevia sodas. A healthier alternative to Barqs or A&W root beer sodas.

I make simple smoothies usually once a day, the simplest being one banana, 1/2C frozen blueberries, juice, splash of coffee creamer/or milk and ice & blend. Now I add 7 almonds, costing about $1-1.50ea.

Sounds real healthy except for the creamer. Check the ingredients because most are hydrogenated oil.
It's one of the hardest things on the body. I like your choices with milk as an occasional treat and coconut cream or water is a great substitute too.
Can't beat blueberries for a few good reasons. That reminds me that I need to weed my berry plants this weekend.

Do they quinch your thirst, or do you find they leave you thirsty still?

I tried some water drops (no aspartame, no sucralose, no dyes or artificial flavors), and while they were pretty good tasting, I personally felt that after swallowing it only made me thirst more and thus reach for another drink. Which, I guess, in a way would make me drink more water  but I don't want my mouth left dry and feeling like I'm not quinch after drinking some.

I find BioTrust Mojo H2O drops to be thirst quenching, and L.A. Marzulli is sponsored by them, and I have always been a fan of L.A. Marzuli

That's pretty cool.
I like him and have had the privilege of a few long conversations with him.
Do you have any of his books?

That's pretty cool. I've never tried biotrust but think it's a blessing to see others drinking healthier beverages like that.

no I don't I do binge on you tube!:giggle:

He has some interesting interviews about UFO sightings, archeology and Big Foot. I agree with his views about the demonic manifestations appearing as many of them. He interviewed an acquaintance at our camp, sitting around the fire pit, who saw a Sasquatch closely. That was interesting.

I just read that again.
Sounds like he saw a Sasquatch while were sitting around the camp fire. 😄
I will explain. The interview took place in the evening around the campfire. The acquaintance being interviewed was on the topic of the Bigfoot he described while hiking.
He said that it stopped and looked at him. Then he said it was communicating telepathically. I don't recall what he said they talked about during that telepathic conversation.
😄

Thank you kindly, one video I appreciated spoke of how the 12 spies were sent in to the Holy Land, Joshua and Caleb were the only two who said "we are well able", the rest were fearful, 49 years later, when they entered the giants were gone, L.A. spoke of the possibility that was the time period they were moved out of that land and possibly over here, building places like Cahokia, Mo.

Does not Holy Spirit communicate with us?
What we call telepathic, could that not be spirit communication? Further, if sasquatch has a spiritual origin it could be spirit communication.
We know we have a spiritual connection one with another if we are filled with Holy Spirit and walking in His purpose and direction, perhaps as we continue to be conformed to the image of the Son this could be a growth area we can walk His authority through.

Last I listened to his channel, he seemed to focus a lot on N.A. Indian folklore. I'm not on the same page as him on theories about the giants. I have his book, The Nephilim. However,
We probably agree on more than we disagree. He's very smart, but I tend to not speculate as much on things that are not provable by the Bible alone. For instance, I consider the books claiming to be books written by Eli to not be authentic writings by the prophet of Noah's time.
I have found his eye witness interviews interesting.

My theory is not proven by the Bible either. So I am not dogmatic, but I think that most of the sightings of aliens, grays, little people, dead relatives and Sasquatch are demons manifesting to the proclivities of the victims they appear to. If a fortune teller/ witch is summoning a dead relative at a seance, I think it's just a demon that either gets in the mind of those present or knows what they look like. Whatever captivates the person and leads them to further seek those sources of spirit deception , ie necromancy, is a snare to trap them.
He would agree on most of that too.

I like to kid about the Bigfoot sightings but that might be a manifestation that captivates outdoorsmen more than a UFO sighting. Same goes for the Indians who get stoned in their demonic sweat lodge ceremonies. Demons are attracted to those activities, so They'll get visions or appearances of creatures from their folklore.

Whereas the drug crowd gets the appearance of what they call Clockwork Elves. I've heard some detailed encounters described by those who used to take hallucinogens. Joe Rogan came out publicly about them in his broadcasts.

Just curious, did you pray with L.A. ? Some carry the Spirit powerfully.

Yes, we prayed together, had meals together and good conversations.
He flew in to be a keynote speaker at our conference.

We exchanged information on eye witness demonic encounters. He showed photos of a woman who was hit by a truck, then taken to a hospital.
The woman left the hospital to go kill one of the first responders who took her by ambulance earlier. She knew exactly where to find him. I think she used her bare hands to murder him. As I recall, LA speculated that she and her sister were professional assassins.
My personal opinion is that the demon in her was just that strong and she had no special training.

Most people don't realize the reality of how dangerous demons can be.
One kept trying to kill me on the campus of WVU late morning as a crowd gathered in front of the main library and college of Chemistry. She tried to gouge out my eyes, stab me, throw me off a wall and crush my head.

The picture I chose to post above was at a time when I realized with certainty that I was being spiritually attacked again. God gave me the victory, but I am still healing from the wounds.

I was very blessed by LA and will always remember fondly our conversations.
