Lets compare This preacher teaching to what Jesus teach

Matthew 6:19-21 English Standard Version (ESV)
Lay Up Treasures in Heaven
19 “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust[a] destroy and where thieves break in and steal, 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

HYPOCRITES!!!
I guarantee, every one of you who propagates poverty, does your best to both get and store, as much money, in the bank, as you can. So you can both have and give a nice home and lifestyle for both you and your family., And if you are righteous, enough for both the poor and your church.
And if you are a married man, and the provider of the house, and live in poverty, again, I guarantee, you will hear the constant scorn of your wife's discontent, ringing in your ears for the rest of your married days on earth.
Get it right.
Jesus taught people against the "LOVE OF MONEY" and "TRUSTING IN RICHES".
Desiring to provide for your family and more for others, is NOT, I repeat, NOT a sin!!!
But failing to provide for your family, IS.
Not having enough money in the bank to pay your bills, and provide for your family is a CURSE, NOT a blessing, you who preach against the very thing you do.

Notice how Joel Osteen twists the message of resurrection around to a man-centered gospel.

The resurrection is about Jesus' defeat of sin and death, not man-centered new beginnings.

Typical of free-willer theology which focuses on man.
