I'm not going to lie this guy gives me a bad feeling, I do believe we are to rightly divide the word and that certain parts are meant for certain audiences but this guy just goes out of bounds. if faith doesn't produce works it's not real faith likewise works without faith is done in vain it isn't a hard concept to understand and anyone who has true faith and produces the fruits of the spirit knows how it produces works it's not a matter of work or don't work it's instinctive
Also lets say for a minute that James was speaking to the jews it is still part of the word of God and the word of God is for edification instruction and learning if it was to be pick and choose then it wouldn't be the word of God and the word of God is for all who believe not for certain people only.
Also no where does it indicate it was speaking to jews in the tribulation it never even implies that
So yes I do believe Jesus's ministry was to establish the kingdom and the new covanent and at the time yes he mainly spoke to the jews but to say that the words of Jesus are not meant for us is absolutely absurd
Here is how I see it, Jesus's ministry was to lay the foundations of the kingdom and the new covenant and he did so in his death and resurrection Paul and the apostles ministry was to build on that foundation declaring the gospel that saves and the gospel of Jesus Christ is that he died and rose again for the salvation of all who would believe in him.
The plan of salvation from the beggining was always one of love and intimacy with God to restore the connection lost in the garden of eden anyone who claims Paul preached a different gospel clearly doesn't know Paul very well and as far as @Hann57 goes he doesn't show any fruits of the spirit he puts anyone who goes against him on ignore and show no love in his words doesn't have a teachable spirit and seems to blindly believe in these things he preaches and nothing else.
Again we need to pray for such people because they are blind to the truth and if they knew the truth they would know God's love

Jesus told Nicodemus " a ruler of the Jews " Israel. You cannot place yourself into the audience whom Jesus was speaking to.
Israel was to be "born again" as a nation, they were to believe their Messiah.
Paul never writes about been " born again" Obviously because it was for Israel. It was a differant time, the scriptures calls it a "dispensation" which means God was dispensing his grace to them " Israel" in that time period. But now God is dealing with a diferant people. The Gentiles.
Jesus gave Paul the gospel after He was resurrected. After Israel rejected their Messiah. If you say you go with what Jesus says, He says this to Paul.
Gal 1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
Gal 1:12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Paul received the gospel from the risen Christ.

This is really nonsensical. The New Birth applies to individuals (John 1:12,13). And Paul does write about the New Birth (regeneration) in Titus 3:4-7.
Jesus clearly stated that unless one is born again you cannot enter the kingdom of God. The audience was Nicodemus who was a Pharisee. I guess that being born again only applies to Pharisee's. Who cares if Paul did not speak about being born again. God is dealing with everyone that He has created.

Looks like you are the one who is ignorant of fundamental Gospel truth.
I'm not looking to argue but merely providing scripture to substantiate the point that the necessity of being born again applies to everyone. You claim that being born again applies to Israel. Please provide scripture that explicitly states that this being born again process only applies to Israel. There is no such scripture. It appears to me that you are wresting scripture to support your narrative. Please be advised that I have nothing against you personally.
