Go out there and preach in the streets, you are needed. I often wondered about whether street preaching was effective, but people only hang out in the street if they got no home to go to.

In all seriousness though, that was Biden in Georgia after his first hundred days in office.
This was the actual appearance there and where he kept being intetrupted by protestor's.
