I know of quite a few people who have met in person following initial contact on this site, both as friends and as "interested parties". I know of some couples and one marriage as well, but I'll let them tell their story.

Age group around here generally ranges from 16-70’s (that I know of).

If you're talking about a big group of us meeting together in real life for a week or two - it has happened. Not very often, and the last one was years ago, but it has been known to happen.
If you are talking about any couples meeting here, and then meeting in real life and dating - it also has happened, but never intentionally. Everybody who comes here looking for a date seems to always be disappointed. The only relationships that last seem to be the ones where people come here to hang out and chat, then happen to meet somebody and hit it off accidentally.

Have you ever been a member of other sites like this? Just wondering, because you might already know everything I'm about to say (and if so, please just regard.
) We are fortunate to have a wide range of members here, both in age, location, and experience.I've loved meeting some of the people from this site in real life, but it's taken me a long time. I seem to go in waves... I started talking to a few people here and then met them in person a few years after that; the past couple years I've been slowly trying to meet most of the people I met here from around 2015 -- maybe this year I'll get a head start for the people I might meet in 2025!
I usually have to travel once or twice a year to see family, so I've been trying to tack on meetings with CC'ers in the area if I can. But please don't be discouraged if it takes a while to meet people -- it took me quite a bit of time as well.

I met my wife on this site who is also a member (JesusLives) shortly after I joined in 2014. We got married in Las Vegas later that year on Thanksgiving Day. Also met a former member who happened to live close by. We had breakfast and lunch with him and his wife quite a few times.
Yeah, there's not much to do in Alabama...
