Indeed. Do these people also believe that just because you go to church and recite prayers that you are automatically worshipping God? I'd have thought that intention and heart are very much essential.
 
Halloween is Satanic and has always been. I don't know how a spiritual person, who follows Christ and worships God in spirit and in truth can possibly participate on any level in these wicked celebrations. They are all pagan(Christmas, Easter etc) so we should stay away from ALL of them. This is so plain to see that I'm surprised there is even a discussion on it.

Probably because not everyone agrees it is satanic. I certainly don't. I also put up a Christmas tree at Christmas.

how is Christmas pagan? i can understand easter but not christmas

Again, it is the intent behind it. On Christmas I celebrate my saviours birth. and on Easter I celebrate his resurection, if you don't like it, that's your problem! I also put up a Christmas tree and presents go under it. Heck on easter I set up an egg hunt for my younger cousins. On halloween I might go out and grab some candy, or dress up and get together with some friends, or do other stuff. That DOES NOT mean I am satanic in any means. I am not participating in the day as you are talking about it.

something to consider. Satan is always tring to chane our christian holidays and turn them into something without meaning or evil. I think it would be a work to take not only our christian holidays back from satan but take many of the evil holidays from him by making them good, a blessing.

On Halloween my grandpa used to hand out candy with scripture verses attached to them, he would try to preach to any of the kids that owuld listen, lol. His house did get egged a few times for it, but he tried.
 
Halloween will always divide people simply because it is not defined, many groups assign different meanings and so it's hard to say it's right or wrong, satanic or not, I think we just need to accept every differing view and go our own way.

Cannot say it is satanic today just because it has roots in a pagan festival, things evolve and change and now the celebration as it is with kids dressing up is not satanic in the least, if anything you could argue is it a community activity and therefore positive.

If people go out with ill intentions then obviously that is wrong, but Halloween as a whole cannot be so easily condemned.

I don't mind dressing up as a Jedi and getting free sweets, doesn't make we a devil worshipper.

i'm australian - so i don't celebrate stupid traditions like halloween! hahaha
 
everyone knows about it - but no one cares cause its an american tradition, and we're not american! its like if you guys celebrated australia day... or if we celebrated july 4th.. you know?

Okay if you think I am serious about the women stuff, I obviously am not. God created women so obviously the aren't stupid.
