donald trump really isn't polling well...he consistently underpolls every other republican in general election polls against clinton and sanders...often he is the only republican candidate who loses to clinton in these polls...

you mistake his 30% support in the republican primaries as a groundswell of support...maybe you need to be reminded that 70% of republicans -aren't- supporting him...and a large percentage like me has said they will not vote for him under any reasonable circumstance...

i would say those 70% of republicans...plus all of the non republicans...realize that trump is -not- the person to change the way things are done in washington...

Yes agreeing with the American people is a good thing...being afraid of the left wing speech police is a sad thing...huge ..huge difference .... and if the election was held today..he would win. So the other republicans need to understand that many are just sick of this PC nonsense and the "conservatives" that seem to be walking around without a backbone.

it was established long ago that mass searches are not constitutional...the fact that you think this is somehow a new debate just shows how uninformed you really are...

and there are alternatives i favor...i simply view you as too hopeless for it to do any good...

Yea folks have been saying this sort of thing for months now...Yet he keeps winning...why? because folks are sick of the two parties ..especially those of us who have been voting republican for the last 20 years.

Well I'm no fascist.....I'm as apple pie American as they come and I love my country and fellow countrymen. We just want someone that represents us and actually upholds the oath that they take. Heck........I'd settle for just closing the border at this point. So far....I've only gotten empty rhetoric from the party that is supposed to represent me. If you're right it'll be a quick death vs the agonizing slow death these politicians have been leading us to.

If the people who support him share his views then he should be speaking for them, isn't that the way it is supposed to work?

trump agrees with a minority of citizens who he has worked to appeal to through his new brand of identity politics...but that isn't -all- of the american people or even -most- of us...

the big problem is that he doesn't agree with the constitution or with reality...and most americans are sick of politicians who are like that...

The duties and realities of the office always temper the rhetoric of the political season. You should know that. The difference with Trump is he won't step into office owing a trainload of political favors.

I do pay attention....and isn't that what they have to do to find people who are here illegally?....find them. It's not like they are gonna turn themselves in. I imagine that with pressure on the people who are here illegally...many will deport themselves.

i don't want to see my fellow americans lose their country to trump and his brownshirts...that is anything but a 'rotten attitude'...

jesus used vespasian and titus to punish his own people...maybe hillary clinton could also be his judgment on the trumpists...

Well according to your theory Trump will never be elected so it has to be Hillary foisted upon us as judgement then? How are you gonna reconcile all of what you said if Trump does in fact become President? I've heard all the comparisons of Trump and Hitler...frankly, they are pretty thin when looked at side by side.

Besides...the country may be lost anyhow. Lots can happen in 15months or whatever and Obama is getting more and more backed into a corner. We all know what cornered animals do.
