Ooh, just seen this thread and there's a '70s one too

I was into heavy dance music during the '90s, posting links to a few tracks at the lighter end of the spectrum. Hope at least some might enjoy them too:

Stone Roses - Fools Gold (Extended Mix)

Massive Attack - Dissolved Girl

Afro Celt Sound System - Saor / Free / News from Nowhere

Same. Brings back memories. Good memories. Thank you God for my great childhood and teen years.
That song reminded me of this one too :D:

You've just done it too! Hope all's good friend, you two have reminded me of some stuff i really loved back then. Will dig out one of my old compilations and listen while in the bath.
Hugs and cheers to you both

I stopped listening to secular music some time ago but I still like metal and grunge from the 90s . If anyone can link any Alice in Chains here, that'd be great, I'm still getting used to the tiny icons.

Can't find a good early 2000's thread, so hope it's okay dumping this beautiful track from '07 here. The singer has such a gorgeous voice too:

Tango With Lions - Black

A few of these singers have left us when I look at my playlists now and a lot of what they say hits differently now but my childhood will always remain a beautiful dream that God gave me as a foundation to help me carry on with everything that I’m doing now.
