if one feels confident in expressing their feelings, then there should be no reason to post an excuse
to rectify what that have said from their heart -

try and take confidence in your Saviour, hence, feel free and rest in your heart...

However like with anything in life it all begins and ends with the motive of the heart, there is a difference between giving brotherly correction and simply downgrading another believer. The op needed comfort and guidance as far as correction goes I was only answering your question to me. The scenario you gave to me to answer was not one of genuine correction but one of malice implying that is what I did. As I said before my only purpose and intent was to help and heal this wounded soul and if my words did help him then God is glorified however I would appreciate it if you would not make assumptions about me. Let me ask you this, since he made his post have you only debated and argued on this thread? Or did you actually attempt to help this person in need? I am actually concerned about this person and am hoping he will come back soon honestly what you think I did wrong is not even close to what matters here this thread is about this young man who came to us for help.

I messaged him offering comfort and told him that if he needs any help or advice I am always willing even if it's just an ear to listen to his troubles, as to why your so fixated on me I have no idea but we are not here to simply debate and argue with each other we are his extended hands and feet able to reach hearts we normally cannot physically and many come here in need of exactly that so I recommend instead of arguing over what I did or didn't do maybe try to help this person who came to us for help?

Well actually as an artist I can tell if a picture was made or not, though it could also have not been paint it might have been oil pastels but yes this is a beautiful picture made by someone very skilled that I could only dream of doing

Let's see you pranced into the thread quoting me about blain thus started this duel between us, then you came back saying lets not derail the thread, then the very next post you join the Frey and thought the donkey was funny. Do you not think that is the pot calling the kettle black?. what did any of that have to with the OP. sorry but that sems hypocritical to me. but I'm the one with the problem interesting.

Hmm I guess what I said was being malice in your eyes. I assume you dont believe in your eyes what you said to him could be contruded as malice to his heart. have you heard back from him?

Maybe help wasn't what he needed
 
Ok so brain fart here I just realized this person I have been calling a he is actually a she lol I still need to figure out this new site

If it was malice to him then I will apologize fully and still try to help him however I can but sadly no he hasn't been online since his first post here last night.

Nope, God called you chosen, blessed, son/daughter, saint, his...

You cannot love God and him not love you. To put it in logical terms, is your love stronger than God's (who is love). In biblical terms, we love because God first loved us.

The goat thing is just a lie. It doesn't mean anything... It doesn't mean you did something wrong either. It's just a lie.

Wow! I wasn’t expecting so many responses! Sorry for the late reply, I was at work. I am new here by the way (and I’m a woman despite my name being Devin. It’s ok people get confused all the time). I really appreciate everyone’s response. It definitely made me feel a lot better. The lord spoke to me this morning and told me to not be afraid and that He will save me. In a lot of ways I feel like He already has. I also believe that God speaks to me through His people (all of you). Again thank you for all of the responses!
