After a year of no communication with my friend Elijah, after I basically sent him away, he reached out to me on the Covenant Eyes app.

I told him that I apologize for acting like a Pharisee but that I have grown a lot since then and I should have given him the grace that God gives me.

Anyways, super excited!

We became work buddies right away when I became a security officer back in 2018.

I’ve gone to his church many times (all black church. I was the only white guy ) and his church family is just absolutely wonderful and welcoming.

I really hope that he is doing well and can’t wait to communicate with him again.

Just goes to show that God can graph anyone back into your life.

I felt a need to cut off some people out of my life after rededicating myself to Christ as well. Sometimes, that is only temporary but I'm not sure. But selfish people are out at this point, I'm just too tired to deal with them.
