I certainly do not take solace in thinking that someone has gone to hell to suffer for eternity. I am going to say a prayer that Justice Ginsburg accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior before she died.
If elected it would be acting president Harris making the pick. Hopefully, if Biden wins the Republicans can at least hold the Senate thus mitigating the damage that Harris would cause.
Gone home? To where? I feel sorry for her, and any other person that dies apart from God. Where she is now (going strictly by the evidence of her works) is a horrible place. Not sure I would call it "home."

A lot of Christians, including probably most on this site, do believe that the Holocaust victims went to hell, because they were not Christian.
On Hitler, he has made statements that he is Christian, and that he believes in Jesus:

That's what I mean by many Christians would believe he went to Heaven due to his belief in Jesus.
Hitler's hatred towards his neighbor and all the people he murdered in hatred, effectively demonstrated that he never believed in God or followed Jesus. Unless he repented and accepted Christ on the deathbed, which isn't likely, he proved that he was headed to hell.
1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
I don't believe that "a lot of Christians" in the sense of ANY majority, are that monstrous to think all Holocaust victims went to hell. And, it's not even Biblical to claim so.
They were not believers in Christ but the New Testament teaches how God judges the unbelievers, by the law on their hearts "their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another". It's not a group thing, but whether an individual soul was clinging to the light or to the darkness is what decided the matter.

My experience is that, perhaps because I'm in the Baptist circle, is that the majority of the Christians I know would believe that Holocaust victims went to hell.
Some might be a bit more religion-y and the idea of salvation apart from dogma does make some squirm.
But that being said, I believe if you asked them, at the end of the day even the most hardcore dogmatic will - must! - admit that only God knows, and we don't. No man knows who goes where and we are explicitly forbidden from making sweeping statements like this (Rom 10:6-7). And, "I will have mercy upon whom I will have mercy".
Should have been praying before Ruth died on Friday Sept 18, 2020 because it's a bit late, and there's no such thing as purgatory.

The video says he said Jesus is not the only way. That is not what he preached his entire life and he did not say that in the clip. That is his POV. And as much as I respected Billy Graham, the Bible tells us who will and will not go to heaven. Billy's word isn't over God's Word.

She believed in and championed abortion. In fact she was such a fighter for abortion rights that it is the main thing being said of her legacy on the news right now.
Ruth B. Ginsburg bore the fruits of supporting homosexuality and killing the unborn (Abortion), no need to sugar coat the truth.

If and when we make Jesus Lord of our lives we are no longer our own, our "opinion" is of no consequence, we are "hidden in Him", His view is our view, His thoughts are our thoughts. Only if our faith life is immature, incomplete, lacking, do we entertain our "opinion" as having value.
we are now keeping our mind stayed on Him, Thessalonians guides us to work with our hands and mind our own business.
No wonder America is in turmoil, we need to come to the Father through the Son in all humility, bowing our knee.

It's apparent you are unaware of scriptural truth.
All will be judged according to their works upon earth, Ruth Ginsburg spent 27 years supporting killing the innocent unborn (Abortion) just to mention one.

I have known Christians who said some variation of Hitler would have gone to Heaven if he believed in the Gospel or if he repented just before he died. These type of conversations do not usually come up but if you ask people at least some will say this.
It's my opinion of scripture, that people such as Hitler was so filled with evil, there wasn't a seed of truth to make a confession to salvation?
It's my opinion by the fruits of her life, Ruth Ginsburg, in supporting the innocent killing of the unborn (Abortion) would be the same.
