When it was time He did.The real tragedy is that some Christians fails to realize that the sinners will not come to Jesus despite said Christians habit of acting like home based assembly lines of condemnation.
Jesus didn’t do that.
The nation of Israel did not need to be preached to in regards to the letter of the Law. Their issue was the heart and that He preached of a lot. And when the time came when it was appropriate He had words of condemnation.Jesus went out to confront the sinners first hand. He was God reaching out to the people who hadn’t seen the light. He didn’t sit on his lazy (something) spitting out condemnation. He was there. Amongst them.
Jesus would never be condemning people by remote control. He told them face to face, or he was simply a reminder because HE was THERE.
Now, I don’t condone the gay lifestyle, but no one cares about someone pounding out Bible verses to change their ways. You need to be right there with them, serving as a reminder of the gospel.
He went Amongst them to share truth always and if they were not of it, trust me His words and PRESENCE were condemning to them and they did not stick around long.
