For those of you who are 30 , 40, 50, 60, 70+.

Haha, I bought cookies recently, but I rarely do... I also bought some ice cream a while back, though it may have been decades since I'd done that before then... Soda? No, not a regular pop drinker either :D Never really have been... If candy includes chocolate, yes, I buy chocolate occasionally: organic dark chocolate is my fave :) Chips is another thing I go through phases with, though not potato chips :) I discovered Neal Bros organic blue corn chips some time ago, and they are the best! I have been choosing organic corn chips over any type of potato chip for a long time. Now if only I could forego my love of apple pie

Also, thanks for the recommendations. I'll keep my eye out for the blue chips. Ive tried them a while back........ I'll try them again.
I use chips as a snack.....preferring "baked".
I try to eat organic.
Bottled water for me, since 2004.
I hope they have Chocolate in Heaven. Maybe a fountain that has Chocolate coming out all the time.
Dark is good, but any will do.

Got a vacant room or a room that can be emptied out? Build your own gym; it's better. You don't gotta worry about all of those people, germs, the fees, and you get privacy. I have an exercise bike, a treadmill, some free weights, and a stretching mat in mine.

I'm in my mid-30s and I am already following all of that advice you're giving here. I don't think it's the only cure, but it's definitely a good start.

Best case scenario is to have all the equipment and a work out room..

Most people however, just dont have the gear or the room, so, a good gym is a real "health club".
I mentioned "planet fitness" as i use it, and they are stringent about "clean".
Keep in mind also that people who are going to a gym are "health conscious", which means they are
going to be more careful about germs and all of these concerns, then most people you find in a grocery store.

Im glad you are working out and taking care of your health.
Its a life saver in may ways.

Its that sedentary life + aging that can just produce so many negative consequences.......... in the body, and in the mind.

I like hearing about older people working out. Moving. Enjoying their life. I have been boxing for a long time and I love it. I don't have much time lately to go to the gym anymore since i accepted a job as a P.E Coach for an elementary school. I teach P.E. to Kinder-5th grade classes all day. I love it!! I will continue to go on hikes and go to classes at the Y since its fun and makes me feel good too. I seriously believe God set me in this job to help keep me healthy.

I dabble in martial arts depending on how much time I get. But rather than pay for a gym I run or cycle a couple of mornings and treat myself to a coffee in a cafe at 6 a.m.

Very good. You need to do what works for you. You have to find how to stay healthy in the hobbies you like so you'll keep doing them. I played baseball in the gym with 7 classes of kids today. It was sooo fun. I love coaching.

I know. people are quitting left and right. I could probably make a lot more money in another profession, but I really like those nutty little kids. Tomorrow is my sub day back in the classroom. They asked me several times if I can sub any more days a week, but I can only give Wednesday. They are having a really tough time keeping staff. They pay more money to work in fast food than they pay to some of the hard working classroom assistants and that's ridiculous.

Its tough work. The work is a service to society, money just buys products that we don't often need.
Idk, maybe I am dumb, but i think that we have lost ourselves in money.

How do we start? Number 1 forget about everything you have ever learned about Heath, as it's obvious it's not working with so many people sick. Number 1 is getting right with Father/Jesus then you need a parasite cleans, you drink four litres of distilled water a day. This helps get ride of toxins in your body.

Alkaline your body, make sure in the morning one whole squeezes lemon in warm water. You need to get rid of inflammation in your body, then you take three fingers of Turamic and inch of ginger and a little black pepper, make a green juice with cellary and kale. Lunch green soup or green salad, two to three spoons of coconut oil, eat avcardos.

If you make your food your medicine this is the fountain of youth. Especially if you give up dairy and animal products and birds and fish.
