Start at God sincerely loves you, even though you have done wrong(s) here on earth first. You are now ready to turn to God Father in prayer to Daddy, to hear truth over error here in this world, that you have in past been part of. And want to change. God is the one and only one that can and will do that through you.
Since God knows you want to. Believe God, see truth, receive it and love in the same mercy as God has done for all through Son for you

The cross” is our completeness in Christ.1 During this dispensation of
grace, the moment a person places his faith in the shed blood of Christ
alone for salvation, he is “baptized into Jesus Christ” by the Holy
Spirit2—into his death, burial, and resurrection.3 Believers are “sealed
with that Holy Spirit of promise.”4
In Christ, believers have complete forgiveness of all their sins and
the imputed righteousness of God—the righteousness of God which is
by faith of Jesus Christ.5 We become “heirs of God, and joint-heirs with
Christ,”6 and nothing “shall be able to separate us,
So, what, will one do? Will one take advantage of this grace? Will one sin purposley and harm others over thier supposed needs? So, do you do that, will you continue to do that, take God's grace given you for granted? Or, are you now conscious of this gift, Trust given you to have trust God alone for you in risen Son given you?
I cannnot harm others anymore, I see to be harmless and trust God to teach me in this love and mercy of risen Son given me to stand in Col 1:21-23

Always possible, yet, being born new by God Father in risen Son, not likely anymore. Yes, I see to not be arrogant over anything, I needed, need God to lead through me daily, not me doing it anymore as did in religion. I was playing the game of being better than others, Accusing, abusing and excusing as Like in Luke 18:9-14 tells me about.
And in Matthew 18:24-35. I tell you the truth, I do not want to be called back to the King that forgave me, everything. Anyone else? I do not care to ever sin ever again. Now people do and are by Romans 7, not seeing the end of 7 and moving forward to 8:1-3. I can't do it, no flesh but Son's did it once for us all Hebrews 10.
When God revealed to me, this love and mercy for us all through Son. It hit me deeply and seesawed to not condemn anyone ever again Romans 2:1-4
Yet I am in an unredeemed body, that I reckon dead. Now is alive in God Father' Spirit and Truth only, as Go,d did this operation, not me. The Holy Spirit the same one that led Jesus all through out his ministry. That which can only be imputed by God, not earned or copied. Imputed by God to all that are sincere in belief to know and trust God Father in risen Son for them

I would argue that as long as we are in our physical bodies we both can and will harm others. We may not intend to and indeed are capable of doing it without being aware, but we will do it. We can harm by thought word, both spoken and written, and deed
Yes, quantum physics indicates that we are all connected. Consciousness studies seem to indicate that we are 4-dimensional entities that can move through time, both forwards and backwards, and that we are all interconnected. However, we live as if we are separable 3-dimensional entities only capable of moving forward in time, and act accordingly.
I might add for those who think I am not being biblical, Romans 1:25 properly refers to "the lie" that people believe and that leads to all the problems in the world, and believing that we are 3-dimensional entities and can only move forward in time would be a single lie that does lead to all sorts of problematic actions on the part of individuals, including violations of every one of the 10 Commandments.
