Bees are huge for me. I don't care where I am or with whom, I will squeal and run from them, forget dignity. And the greatest of all ironies, they're attracted to me. In a large group of folks, I'm the one they bother. I've tried all the tricks and learned that running from them is my only bet.

One brilliant friend swore till he was blue in the face that if I just sat still, they'd leave me be. Yeah, I still got stung that day. I've sat on them, accidentally sniffed one in flowers, had them make their way into my house, stepped on them(w bare feet) and even had a few fly into my car while I was driving.

My worst experience, I'd had surgery just a week or so prior and was sitting in my back yard relaxing. While I was seated, relaxing in the sun, a couple of bees decided to randomly land on me. Completely forgetting about my recent operation in my irrational fear of bees, I jumped up and ran for it. I made it away without getting stung thank God, but I tore through 2 or three staples doing it. Fun fun.
 
Man... Bees have always been my fear. Funny or not. Real or not.

Bees and I just don't get along. I start to freak out when I hear buzzing going around my ears and I try NOT to freak out lol
 
The moment I'm at the office and my coworker starts laughing. I look up from my work and ask what's so funny.

"Oh," she says, "I was thinking of putting gnomes and porcelain dolls on your desk to scare you."
 
One that is silly is the one I had of that horror movie Chuckie when I was little. So I kind of feel you for being freaked a little over that, shineyourlight!

Another I have is escalators. I'm scared of them! I don't know why and this fear is actually pretty more common than you might think...It has gotten worse since my eyesight went too. I'm more clumsy.

Good thing I'm a kitty and can land on all fours.
yeah! Logic - I has it.

Im afraid of laughing at people when they have awkard habits or mannerisms like young children are trying to say something and keep stalling on their words one conversation I had a with a little 3 year old boy went something like this : I like cars and and and and and and cars yeh I like and and and annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd! (I kinda got the point that he liked cars) you try so hard to act respectful and attentive to listening but you end up laughing at them ...yah
 
The only fear I am aware of is the fear of being in tight, enclosed spaces where I cannot move... MRI's and CAT scan machines.
 
Don't be afraid Shiney...they're better than elevators...because if an escalator ever goes down they conveniently become stairs. You will never see a sign saying "escalator out of order"...You will see..."use escalator as stairs until further notice, sorry for the convenience"

That aint true! I seen dozens of escalators with a sign saying that the escalator is out of order...even with a no entrance sign...but I do agree...it is SILLY:p
 
I'm kinda afraid of this ferrel cat that I saw in front of my house...it's tall, lanky with longer taller ears than normal, ash gray fur so it blends in with the shadows, and has these yellow eyes that almost glow and pierce through you as it stares at you from afar. It came out of the bushes one day and just say down in front of the garage and looked at me while I was fixing my lawn mower, I kept turning around and it was still there. Almost like saying...one day...we're gonna meet...then it slank back into the bushes from whence it came. I didn't get chills or anything...but usually ferrel cats run once they're spotted. One day I'll find out what he wants.

Sounds like a gross ferrel cat. Maybe it was ET's long lost cousin?

    CREEPY!!!! Freaks me out! I have a vivid imagination and creepy movies FREAK ME!!!! NO CLOWNS...NO CHUCKY DOLLS...how about no moving dolls at all! UGH!!!
 
Snakes.

When I was a little girl, I actually used to have continuous dreams about snakes. It was the worst thing ever.
