Understanding this:
Those there before the cross, had not received the promise of the risen Savior as of yet then, were in hope, yet had not yet received as of then, still stood in dependance on it to happen all the way to death. Saw this in Spirit prison as Peter speaks of in his epistles.
We here today are after that cross for us to cross over right now in Father's Spirit and truth in the risen Son, Yeshuah that is done for us to right now presently everyday as born new from Yahweh as each day comes in to continue on in thanksgiving and praise as is now done, not going to get done as was before the cross ever took place.
I, see a relationship between God and you and you and all others that see and believe God in this done work for them to be born again in God's Spirit and Truth leading them, the Holy Spirit given them to love all over a few as flesh can only love those that love them back. We are upholding Laws, (at least me) new Laws of Love (1 Cor 13:4-7,13), (Flesh can only try and fail over and over and over again and again (1 Cor 13:1-3) Love to God Father first, then in response to that, everyone else with that truth installed in us that believe God in his love for us all, given through Son that is risen where new life of God's Love is installed by God for us, to us. not a few as man continues to say only the elect, we are all elected to choose to believe, receive and see or not no Spiritual eating in Unbelief at all, as any doubting causes problems, being in worry, as worry is a fear. that will not perfect anyone in Father and Son ever, at least me it never did when I was under Law. 1 John 4:18 read it all the entire Chapter, Matthew 6 too, before the death, burial and resurrection.
Learning this freedom in the new covenant given, given freely daily and no longer under duress to get it right ever again, God did for us, thanks it is time to stand in belief to see and be freed
Learn the "Art of fighting without fighting" that to this day floors me daily in this love given me to expound on in thanksgiving and praise
