Education is great. But not proof of understanding or wisdom.
Over the years I have read after and listened to many educated men who were considered wise in the Scriptures. Was bless by many, but not all.
What I have experienced is that some like to use many words and elegant speech while not saying anything of substance.
Others use many words and elegant speech to impress those listing or reading so that what he says is not questioned.
This is the way of many false teachers.
Sadly this many words and elegant speech fools many.
When a person speaks about Scripture, it is best to listen to the content and judge it with Scripture even if that person's speech and words are simple or even crude.

You see, rather than denouncing, decrying, denigrating, criticizing and reprehending someone who is an accomplished Biblical scholar (TDW), YOU SHOULD ENDEAVOR TO BE ONE!

Who determines that a person is a Bible Scholar?
Many who have been said to be Bible Scholars can not agree on many subjects.
Whether it be salvation, tongues, the second coming of Christ, tribulation, just to name a few.
So who do you believe?
Who is the real Bible Scholar.
Most will believe those who they agree with and call others heretics or false teachers.
I will listen, but also question and study for myself.
I think Jesus warned us about those who wish to be called by a name that suggest they are better than we are.

I will not give names because some will accuse me of a personal attack.
It is not about the person, but the method used in speaking or teaching.
