I don't have to research it I know from basic knowledge of how things work that it isn't flat. God designed the universe to work in a certain order and gravity being one of the things to keep that order. The sun and moon and planets in our solar system rotate and are held in their positions by gravity however not everything in space is held in place by gravity like the sun and the nine planets are they?( yes I still consider pluto a planet) Can you guess why that is?
Mass is why, something has to have a certain amount of weight in order to be kept in the planetary rotation and held in place in that rotation. Now if the earth was indeed flat it would lack the amount of weight to be held in that position and would simply be pulled towards the thing that has the most gravitational pull aka the sun. This is why I don't care to research if the earth is flat, god knew what he was doing when he made this universe and set in a system of workings
Actually, many prominent evolution scientists are Christians. And they are famous in the field of evolution.

We know for an absolute, incontrovertible fact that the earth is stationary and flat because the Bible expressly says that it is. Who are we to believe, worldly, satanic scientists—or God Himself?
The earth is stationary:
1 Chronicles 16:30: “He has fixed the earth firm, immovable.”
Psalm 93:1: “Thou hast fixed the earth immovable and firm ...”
Psalm 96:10: “He has fixed the earth firm, immovable ...”
Psalm 104:5: “Thou didst fix the earth on its foundation so that it never can be shaken.”
Isaiah 45:18: “...who made the earth and fashioned it, and himself fixed it fast...”
The earth is flat:
Gen. 1:6. And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
7. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
(The English word ‘firmament’ comes from the Latin word firmamentum meaning a ‘support,’ that is, the support that divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament. This can only be true of a flat earth because there is nothing ‘above’ a sphere and its firmament, but only ‘beyond’ a sphere and its firmament.)
Gen. 7:11. In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
(Genesis 1-11 is not an allegory—it is an historical narrative and the windows were real windows in the real firmament which our real God opened allowing the real water above the firmament to flood the real, flat earth along with the water from “all the fountains of the great deep” below the earth).
Matt. 4:8. Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
9. And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
Is God a liar—or did this really happen?
Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
(Only from a flat earth could every eye see Jesus coming in the clouds. Is God a liar—or will this really happen?)
Revelation 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
(How many “corners” does a sphere have? Our English expression, “the four corners of the earth,” comes right from the Bible where it teaches that the earth is flat.)
Revelation 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
(How many “quarters” does a sphere have?)

Funny how anyone who has ever flown in an airliner at cruising altitude, can look out the window and visibly see the curvature of the earth…even though some would still choose to deny it.

Good post i like it, I'll start from the bottom how many corners are in a flat disk, or is the earth square?? For a flat disk doesn't have corners, scripture says the earth is a circle and round, these are the two words that discribe to earth's shape in the bible.
Second the cloud thing, do you think this will be a tiny cloud that can only be seen from one angle. Because scripture doesn't say the sizes of this cloud, the cloud could very well be the size of our solar ingulfing everything, thus viewed from around the world because the cloud is surrounding the whole earth.

Does the Bible Teach a Spherical Earth?
Many believe that the Bible teaches that the earth is flat (or a flat disk). Both assumptionsare incorrect. There are a number of Scriptures that indicate a spherical earth. TheseScriptures were penned centuries before a spherical earth was confirmed.
Isaiah 40:22 states that God “sits above the circle of the earth.” While there is no Hebrewword for sphere, Khoog which is translated circle, circuit, compass is the closest.Because God is omnipresent, He looks down upon the earth from every direction.Therefore, from God’s heavenly perspective – looking down upon the earth from everylocation – the earth would appear round from every perspective ONLY if it were a sphere.
If the earth were a flat circle for instance, then from most angles the earth would appearas an oval or even a straight-line (if perpendicular to it). Therefore, Isaiah 40:22 indicatesa spherical earth.Furthermore, Jesus said “For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of thegreat fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth”(Matthew 12:40). Of course a person cannot be in the heart of a flat circle anymore thanhe can be in the belly of a flat fish.
And Ephesians 4:9 corroborates when it explains thatJesus “first descended into the lower parts of the earth.”Luke 17:34-36 also implies a spherical earth. Jesus said that at His return some would beasleep at night while others would be working at day time activities in the field. This is aclear indication of a revolving earth, with day and night occurring simultaneously.In addition, Job 26:7 explains that the earth is suspended in space, the obviouscomparison being with the spherical sun and moon. See also Job 26:10 and Proverbs 8:27.The Bible is the Creator’s Word so it is not surprising that recent scientific discoveriesare confirming what the Creator has said for millennia.“For the word of the LORD is right, and all His work is done in truth” (Psalm 33:4).

I've never flown in a aira goplane, lol, but I still believe in a sphere earth. Telescoped a lot and all those other spheres in our solar system tells me this planet is a sphere also.
