Adobe is stopping support for Flash, not Air. The old chat version was Flash based, hence the move to Air.

Actually when I go to the download link provided for air through the tech support, it won't show the link unless you roll your clock back.

Christian Chat was working great through BlueStacks (using the android version) but now I can get in, but it is empty (no people in any room) and microphone is gone. Like the Android version broke!
So, I uninstalled and re-installed, and it is still doing the same thing.
I have been trying for days to install the Windows version, but that just says there is an error every time. The Android version was working until today.

OK I set my computer clock to November 14 2019, and was able to easily download the Windows Version. Thank you. However, when I open it, still there is no one in any room (which is very odd, usually there are plenty of people at least in BibleStudy room) and there still is no microphone button. It allows me to put on a cam (which I do not have).
So it's like I now have two versions of ChristianChat, a windows and an Android version, neither of which are working (???)

Looking at the User2User Tech forum you'll see a ridiculous amount of threads on the chats being down.
A little looking around reveals chat room issues for over a year now.
Maybe one day I will get the Windows version to work, but for now the Android version (thru bluestacks) is working again like normal, so I'm content 
It's amazing how much I have grown ChristianChat into a staple in my life! I searched and searched for anything even remotely like it, and can't find anything. So I really hope it's here to stay for a very long time!

Hadn't considered using that. That's not a bad idea. I mean heck I used to use it for Clash of Clans.

I'd suggest reading more of the thread. This problem has been reported on multiple times. And for a while now. Installation problems have gone on for over a year now with no response or answers.

Thanks for the info... after I posted and read further I noticed that this has been a long standing problem. I had a problem at first trying to get registered because it wouldnt send me the confirming email. I mentioned it to one of the admins on the mobile app and he got it fixed right away for me and sent me the confirming email. I'll mention this problem to him and maybe he can help with it too. He told me that RoboOp is now in Hong Kong and stuck there or something, maybe due to the virus and travel, but that he was having a hard time with internet to fix things. Anyway, thanks a bunch
RoboOp is the only one who works on the site and chats in terms of creating and maintenance. So if he's not able to get to it then it won't get done. Anyone else associated with the site are just volunteer moderators or admins and have no part in the technical side of things.
There's been various complaints about getting registered for some time as well. But I believe that is done manually, so that may be part of the problem.
That Robo is stuck out of the country and unable to do anything would've been useful information to the rest of the users in light of all the problems going on, though.
Thanks, I can use my phone app for now. They'll eventually solve the problem trying to get the app to install on Windows computers.

I cant download the app this is very disappointing. I was really looking forward to chatting and meeting new people to take the loneliness away. I wonder if this works better on my phone?
