"I just love it when people so boldly and proudly make statements like this that can just as easily be looked at from a viewpoint contrary to their viewpoint..."

"Okay -- so then - why are you doing it?"

"Okay -- so then - good for those who reject the lies of NASA in order to establish what is true!"

I am not advocating the thread title -- I personally believe there is something to what the Bible calls 'dragons' / 'leviathan' / 'behemoth'. However, I am not too proud to consider the possibility that I do not "have it all figured out"...

It is not becoming for a Christian to 'slam' his brother - who is in search of the truth.

It is becoming for a Christian to be patient with his brother - who he believes to be in error.

posthuman -- if you feel that you are so full of all of the right knowledge and wisdom - then, fine; however, you just may one day discover that it was you who was in error. And, it will probably make you feel "really funny" on Judgment Day - especially after having judged others so harshly...

If you believe another to be in error -- then, don't think of that person as 'stupid'; rather - show them the truth in love with patience. However, at the same time --- you must be willing to reconsider what you believe so that you do not err in "correcting" that person who you believe to be in error.

And -- do not assume that others never reconsider what they believe.

"I do it all the time ---------- because, I am in search of the truth..."

:)

show me where i ever called anyone "stupid" Gary?
what i've done is show that some ideas are ridiculous -- using established facts, not just by making unsubstantiated statements or posting insane ramblings from youtube.
and i've defended the honor of the name of Christ.
do you disagree that as a person who puts themselves forward as representing the Lord, we should not associate ourselves with things that are highly questionable and much less with blatant deceptions and lies?

why don't you come to my defense when these people reject my point of view, which i can justify, but you come to their defense even when you admit their point of view is not justifiable and in fact is contradicted in your view by scripture?

if you actually "reconsider" what you believe, and if you can actually justify your strange beliefs, then why in 30+ pages of the flat earth thread did you never once address a single objection and refutation of the idea, and never once provide a single legitimate reason to believe it?

a Christian rejects lies and rebukes foolish behavior.
it's antichrist to pretend that what a believer should do is entertain every spurious wind of conspiracy as though it is legitimate, or that we should act as though there is no such thing as "truth" and readily accept all "opinions" as though they may be equally valid. that kind of thinking makes everyone's perception their own god.

we are our brother's keepers, and if we let them go on playing the fool - and moreso, teaching foolishness without objecting, what kind of 'brother' are we?

it's not as though i have not been patient with this.

This is an art exhibit to fool the masses. Those are not bones.
amazing all the trouble some artist went through to hide all this plaster under so much dirt and embed it in so much rock all over the earth.

065018737af38ee45764404ded872df0.jpg

that's some real dedication to the art!
must have done this while we were all sleeping. simply amazing i tell you!

but, the thing is -- this is actually what happened.
it's just that, contrary to you the narrative you and Allen think you're teaching, the Artist is God Himself, and His artist's kit consists of living things that He created.

Sphere (and any others who align with his position),

Hypothetically, let's pretend there are no dinosaur fossils. Do you deny the existence of all fossils, or just the big ones?

When people see sea shells in rocks, what are they seeing?

If you grant that people are seeing fossils of sea shells, at what size do the fossils become a conspiracy?

If you believe that the billions of people who have seen fossils in rocks are deceived, you really need to ask God to help you get the help you need.

If you really know better and you are making these non-sense claims for some other reason, would you please read the Gospel of John a few times and ask God to make Himself clear to you if He really exists?

(Please be humble enough to be willing to learn directly from God, instead of assuming everything you have been taught is true. We are all deceived to some extent, even those we consider our superiors. God wants all of us to directly come to Him [not our teachers] for deliverance from our inherent human deception. The more we do that, the more He works in our lives to conform us to Himself, who is the Truth. The more we reject Him, the more we reject the truth. The more we reject the truth, the more we reject Him.)

IF there is a God and if He showed His love to us silly humans through the death, burial, and resurrection of His one and only human born Son, Messiah Jesus, then He loves you enough come into your life and meet the deepest needs of your heart.

I suspect it is these needs of your heart that, even though you may not want to admit it, are driving you to go on with what you know to be foolishness. You may believe you have other motives - like loyalty to one group or another, or maybe just a paycheck - but deep down, I wonder if you are looking for something beyond what you have been taught in this life.

Your position is that of someone who is not thinking clearly. Either God wants to work in your life and heal you emotionally and spiritually, or you know better and still need God to heal you of whatever is driving you to continue with what you know is ridiculous.

In either case, asking the Living God, in the name of His one and only human born Son, Jesus of Nazareth, to come into your life and help you as He sees fit, is the best next step to take.

And, above all else, just try to understand His love for you.

Maybe the people who make them are plastic.

the prevailing theory is that the people who deny they ever existed are plastic.

metaphorically speaking of course. but not sarcastically.

Deep down in the middle of the South Pole is a big hole in the Earth.
If you go down into it, you will never come back.
But it is said that it is a beautiful paradise down there, and it's very big.
Is that why people never come back?

The Greeks and Romans may have found fossils, giving rise to their many ogre and griffin legends. There are references to "dragon" bones found in Wucheng, Sichuan, China (written by Chang Qu) over 2,000 years ago; these were probably dinosaur fossils. Much later, in 1676, a huge thigh bone (femur) was found in England by Reverend Plot. It was thought that the bone belonged to a "giant," but was probably from a dinosaur. A report of this find was published by R. Brookes in 1763. The first dinosaur to be described scientifically was Megalosaurus.

If anyone wants to see real dinosaur bones, I would suggest a trip to Drumheller AB and the Royal Tyrell Museum. I absolutely believe the Bible, and I know that dinosaurs were part of God's creation, and probably didn't make it after the Flood.

Anyway, the Museum is huge, and you can go look for bones in situ with a tour. Some of the skeletons are massive, and there is just no way anyone made up the thousands and thousands of fossils, and their bones just to start a conspiracy or convince people evolution is right.

Dinosaurs are in the Bible, at least in Genesis where God created "all the animals." As for evolution, I stopped believing in it before I became a Christian. Devolution is another thing! On a micro level, of course.

If Dinosaurs never existed there must be a very profitable industry of global proportions turning out fossils at a rate that Ford would have envied. I wouldn't mind Having shares in this enterprise. New models appear all the time. The Chinese in particular seem to have cracked it with their products some of which come with feathers. Owning a fossil factory is big business.

Are any of you in the practice of reading Dake's Bible? It's like a commentary Bible, they propose the very much possiblity of a Pre-Adamic era in which man was not present and various creatures and demons and so on roamed this earth possibly alongside the dinosaurs. And those fossils are not fake, billions of fossils, really? But more importantly, what has not been revealed to us in the Bible is not for us. It's just that simple, we can ask Jesus when we get to heaven. And while on earth we humans looove speculating, conspiring and all that fun stuff but it won't get us anywhere really, it won't change the truth. And the truth whatever it is needs to be left alone until it is revealed to us.

Geez, go invest all your brains and intelligence and time into discovering something like sustainable fuel or something.

Ugh. What non-biblical nonsense. Anything to make use of those billions of years found in so-called 'science'.

Well conspiracy theory or not all is written. I care not for words that give me pause that the creator is some fiction when my own eyes can see and along with my faith I see past the veil set to us all by the Lord Almighty. God allows us to see just exactly what he wants us to see perfectly. It is written it is enough for me.

Read Genesis 1: 2, there it says and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters, Spirit led seeking has led theologists to come to a loose conclusion that there COULD have been a flood that wiped out all of it before Adam was created. I'll have you know that for any theologist the Dake's Bible is one of their most esteemed sources. You can't just rubbish years and years worth of investment of a Spirit filled man and call it unbiblical nonsense, what a depthless statement. Do you think we were the first ones here? Need I remind you that Lucifer was given in charge of this world first when he was still the Worship Leader of heaven (Isaiah 14: 11-17)? Of course there is something about those billions of years before man, don't be ill informed go read the Bible. A lot of science just further extols the Lord, it proves his creation and power, but that also doesn't mean I agree with the rest of science which is baseless. Where did all the fuel we use come from? One organism can form an almost negligible amount of crude oil and we have been over using it for hundreds of years while it takes millions to make all that oil.

I'm younger than you but even I know that this isn't the proper ettiqute to talk to someone or behave on a public interface. Be open to debate and respect other people.

You must be joking. Illustrate for me in your words: how fossilization works; how strata form; and in scientific vernacular, how evolutionists have concluded that fossil distribution in the strata makes evolution necessary.

Then, refute in your own terms.

If you are not able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the nuance and complexity of the argument FOR evolution, then any arguments you have formed against it are frankly ill informed and should be totally disregarded.

Prove to me that you understand from an evolutionist's perspective why they believe the distribution of specific fossils in the strata demandsthat evolution be true, and then I will consider your counterargument one by one and we can discuss them.
