Atheist “Scientists” have been studying the human D.N.A. for a number of years now and have discovered some amazing things about it. Its complex biochemical structure encodes everything in our body. They have also been trying to prove (without success) that it simply evolved. The genetic code contained within it shows quite clearly that it could only come into existence by intelligent design and this frustrates these “scientists”.
The human D.N.A. chain is around 2 meters long and contains the genetic code of 3 billion letters. It encodes genes, hereditary information, instructions about how cells can use genes, our hair and eye colour, genetic diseases and much more. Early on these “scientists” were trying to say that a lot of the letters in the code were just useless junk. I believe they are starting to learn better now. I remember when these so called scientists were saying that tonsils and appendix were just useless appendages. They could not see that GOD had placed them there for a purpose. Scientists though are still trying to tell us that it all came about by evolutionary chance.
Let us compare this information with just one human designed code, “Morse Code”. - Morse code was invented in 1830 and is still used by maritime & aviation as an emergency back up.
In dots dashes and spaces the 26 letter English/Latin alphabet plus 10 digits and about a dozen punctuation marks can be identified. No one in their right mind would even consider that Morse Code came into existence by chance evolution for it has all the signs of intelligent design.
Morse Code looks quite pathetic when compared to the D.N.A Genetic Code so one would have to be very foolish and biased to believe that intelligent creation was not involved in the coming into existence of D.N.A

I believe the odds are something like 10 to the 40th power, meaning it's impossible. D.N.A. without doubt had a designer. Romans 1:20, "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made."

Nor are any of the Morse Code symbols useless! Science has a place in our
world for sure, but it is not in trying to dismiss the idea that God exists.

The important thing to remember is that all DNA traces back to Adam and Eve. God definitely designed Adam's and Eve's DNA, but maybe after that the DNA designed itself, with dominant genes having greater occurrences over recessive genes, genetic diseases passing forward due to the Fall, etc. That God knew us before we were born is something more of a metaphysical/spiritual nature, as I believe He gives us some room over how we design our own babies (based on what race we marry into, what height the partner has, what chronic illnesses the partner has, etc.).

Yes, those old, antiquated theories of big-boomage are becoming somewhat of an embarrassment to them. They will soon be replacing it with garbage about alien engineers. They are hoping to buy time and find something else before someone asks them who engineered the engineers.

When they refused to acknowledge God, their foolish hearts were darkened, and they became fools. Only God Himself could have designed DNA, and everything else.

Could DNA evolve? That's a loaded question.

Let's start by defining the key term: evolve. To the average scientist, it means simply, "change over time". In any discussion about origins, Earth's age, the proper way to interpret Genesis 1-2, or any number of other contexts, it means, "simple one-celled organisms changing over vast amounts of time into the complexity and variety we see today (and more that is extinct).

I have heard from many sources (but couldn't quote any) that there have been exactly zero recorded (observed) cases of any organism "evolving" into a different organism.

I have also heard from many sources that there have been exactly zero recorded cases of a random mutation causing an increase in information, though there are many cases where a mutation has caused decrease.

Can DNA change? Yes, by losing information. Never by gaining it.
