Did Jesus ever tell us that we no longer need to keep the law of Moses?

Don't talk down to me EG, I never assume anyone's faith walk. I jumped in here addressing Charlibear's posting of Gal. 5:4-6. Offering my interpretation of it. I know what the law means to me. I do not know of everyone's opinion of the law, but it serves me well even if I cannot perform it. :)

if Law/Sabbath keeping has nothing to do with salvation through Christ, then one does not have to keep the jewish Sabbath to be saved, right??

Whose post? And you see this post as "trying to find eternal life through the law"?

Satans sin was pride he placed himself higher than god. It had nothing to do with laws there was no law on earth until moses

You continue to do the nonsense of trying to assume I mean things I do not mean like you have done for along time now I will continue

Once again what did Paul say the purpose of the law was. What is up with you all and never answering questions?

It's always been about obedience. Christ paved the way for us to follow. He kept the law and claimed He will fulfill the law. Until all is fulfilled, not one jog or tittle shall pass from it. He is not done fulfilling yet.

Luke 6:46 "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?"

Psalms 1:1,2 "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night." :)

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Does it matter? Till heaven and earth pass........

Did the Lord leave some parts of the law un-fulfilled?
 
Matthew 5:21 Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:
This breaking a "law of Moses" putting you in danger of judgment.

Matthew 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
Is Jesus saying that "thinking" or "feeling" now puts you in danger of judgment? That doesn't seem to be less intense, this seems to be a more intense judgment

You legalists and judaizers keep quoting scripture but I don't think you understand any of it.

That's why I'm asking.

To see if there might be a little bit of Christianity hiding in there somewhere.
