LOL................too funny. Some people have it,and well...let's just say other's are more gifted with a can of flashy spray paint & a tool belt loaded with 6 kinds of Ben & Jerry's :D
 
I took the garbage out this morning & I couldn't believe how hot it felt already.....I think I'm gonna hide today away from that pesky sun.
 
i have no idea what's going on and no intent to try to catch up... it'ld just mean getting behind on something else.

Last night I tried a new home group... our usual one wsan't meeting on account of it being fathers day?!?

The kids loved it... the adult stuff... A little TOO ADULT. Felt like I'd walked into an Adam Sandler movie with a Ron Jeremy cameo (DO NOT google that if you don't know who he is!). It was a Bad situation.

I'll admit to slipping and using a questionable word now and then, but I was appalled at the worldly topics of conversation...
Proverbs 31 women Do Not sit around with their husbands talking about those kinds of things with their husbands or in a room full of others... and the kind of men that would talk about that...

Bleh, break is over back to work.


other than that, I feel happy and dreamy today.
 
LOL..well Hi & Bye SeatBelt..........I don't blame you or anyone else for not wanting to "catch up"...nothing all that important happens here. It always goes silent when DED is not posting. I am kinda happy he's taken the mantle of entertaining peeps here off me. lolz

Did you just mention Ron Je......ohhh nevermind. lol He makes a very nice Rum though. I kinda think he should stick to that.

I tried reeeeally hard to learn in that 2 minutes...but yeah, fun as it was, I just couldn't get it. I'm just not a real musical person...I don't have the patience to learn to play anything.

 
I've been trying to learn my acoustic guitar ms chriss .. I know what you mean .,
I'm beginning to winder if my brain is wired for it
Non the less it's a great challenge
 
I do think that anyone can "learn" an instrument,but there's a big difference with people who can "play". I do believe it's like anything...God just anoints certain people with certain gifts. I never had a drum lesson in my life. I learn everything by ear,even though I can sort of read drum tab. Watching other drummers too helped over the years,if they played something in a song I couldn't quite hear or visualize...then once I saw them do it,it was like..."ohhh ok,I get it"

How funny.......you are all like one little grouping of some of the tallest women I know. LOL I am used to hangin' with girls 5-6" & under.
 
I used to be short, but the summer I was 12 I grew 6 inches in 3 months. Then another 2 inches when I was 17.
 
I grew like that the summer I was 11. Messed my knees up so bad I couldn't participate in gym class the next year :D
