Yeah, well, I just don't think mine out ahead of time. Most of the time I don't. I'll tell you that I hate having a baby face. But it could be worse. I might be ugly but I'm not sloth ugly like from goonies. So luckily I have other things going for me. I was just trying to say that I'm lucky to have a good woman who can see past the outside.

*pops up out of water, gasping for breath* Hi, everyone! I went to get clothes out of the dryer and come back, clicking the "like" button on all the posts. I hope nobody said that their relative died or anything. I quickly skimmed each one, so I think I'm good. Anyway, I wanted to post this video; it's one of my favorites :).

After work, I was really hungry and just couldn't wait until supper, so I had a small snack. I sliced up some cheese, put that on Ritz crackers, and also had a glass of apple juice.

Sounds like something a 3rd grader would have after school. :rolleyes: But hey....it's yummy! :o
 
Jilly81, that is one of my most absolute favorite songs. I heard a version (I can't remember by who, I'll have to look on my iPod) that was very Celtic like, with pan flutes and such (or so I think they are), and I love that version. :)
 
Ah, yes, I like that one as well, Rachel :)! I'd like it if the Newsboys would sing it whilst the celtic music played, as I thought the celtic lady sang this song a touch slowly, which is why I got the NewsBoys version.

Kinda like every verse of this song is one of the reasons I'm a -hmm, I wanted to put that it's one of the reasons I'm a believer, but I think it's more that the song is sort of the essence of how I want to feel about Jesus. Like, it's how I feel about what He did, but sometimes I get a touch whiny and stuff, sadly. Like, it tells how wonderful what He did is, but in a really joyful way. I wish I could export to other people the way this song touches me. I try to tell them how great Jesus is, but it'd be cool if we could press a button and make another person feel what we're feeling. Not that God is a feeling, but still... :).
 
the Newsboys..wow...now there's a band name I haven't heard ohhhh since my old metal band did a really really heavy version of their song Stand Up For Jesus. I think that band has had like 25 line up changes...I can't keep track of these crazy kids & their rock n roll today!

Oh..btw..I'm back! My chicken tomato swiss grilled sandwiches were yummy. (and I had a child-like granny smith apple to boot)
 
I figured out a quick way to catch up on this thread. I'm only going to read every other page. That way I don't miss so much or spend half an hour reading.
 
There has got to be something wrong with eating this good.
I'm at my brother's house and between him and my mom they grilled out chicken, sausage, and hot dogs.
Then my mom made fruit salad, potato salad, corn on the cob, and mac n cheese. Then for dessert I brought angel food cake, strawberries, and whipped cream. Mmmmmmm good!!!!
 
Sweet! I'll bring drinks so I feel like I'm contributing and not just mooching food. :p
 
Tomorrow promises to be trying at best. Please pray for my children, and all who may influence decisions about them.
