hahaha very true - if you meant someone from the same background or colour, I know a lotttt of people, both Christian and non-Christian, who's parent's would kill them (not literally) if they were dating someone not of their own decent.. but God created all things, and all people, and sees everything as beautiful and good!
 
not at all if you like someone it wont matter what race you are or the other person is
 
My parents would not approve if I married someone of another race, are they racist or would they just like to see the family kept in the same colour for ancestral, or historical reasons? They believe God created different races for a reason and that it's best if you marry in the same race. It probably is when you think about it if they are from a different cultural background it might be harder.
 
I dont think race should be an issue at all, when your dating or choosing to get married, I do think that yes you will have chanllenges because every culture is different, but i dont feel that should be a reason to say you wont date anyone apart from your own race... to each his own though.
 
My brother does not have the same color skin as me... is that bad? God made us all flesh and blood only difference God sees is Saved or Unsaved
 
I think that if it's God's Will, you can't help who you fall in love with. Whether they are black, white, asian, mexican, etc. I mean it also is of preference. If you don't feel comfortable dating certain races, well that's why we are different people and we have differences.

God didnt create different races he created ADAM. Procreation and genetic mutation created the different colours of skin and what we now call RACES..
So we are all ONE RACE of Humans..

The only prerequisite from bible for marriage is to marry someone from same Faith.

@Robertt, you might want to look at the age of the thread before posting in it.

This thread is from 13 years ago and no one who posted is still here. (2 banned, the rest long gone of their own free will)
