You are correct Samuel, the temple of God is the Church. The nation Israel is not the church. And God has unfinished prophesies with Israel and her holy city Jerusalem, which he will be fulfilled during that last seven years.

Hey EG: Do you understand what precedent means? We understand what God will do and what God will not do by precedent. In other words, if God gives us a clear in context example of what He will do and what He will not do, then we can judge from that when we are wondering what God may do in the future. We have precedent on Temple building, first the tabernacle, then first Temple, then reconstructing the second Temple. In all cases these things were done by people who were saved(if you will), Godly folks who would go be with God when they died. Therefore we understand from that precedent that a Temple of God can only be built by men of God. Now, the Jews who have rejected Christ are headed for hell, they are not Godly people, therefore there is no reason from scripture to believe that God COULD allow then to build an actual Temple of God. Also, God has said that His present Temple is the church, so the Temple of God already exists.

Well since Haggai 2 already declares all unclean, it is a wonder that men are "training to become priests"

because as THE WORD given to those who should know THE WORD, showed
that no man could just lay a hand to building the temple

They had to be priests and they had to prove their priestly line by supplying credentials

if they didn't have them, they had no part in building the temple

so here we have those who had GOD's WORD disobeying the book of Ezra and Haggai 2

The same reason why no man could approach the HOLY presence of GOD unless they were specifically called washed and consecrated/set apart/marked as belonging to GOD to do so

There will be wrath for both Jew and Gentile unbelievers. However, there will be both Jew and Gentile who God will spare through the time of His wrath. The woman of Rev.12 represents unbelieving Israel who will flee out into the wilderness and will be cared for 1260 i.e. that last 3 1/2 years until Christ returns. Likewise, many of the great tribulation saints will be killed, but there will also be those who will survive to the end.

Both those who survive of Israel and those great tribulation saints, will be those who will repopulate the earth during the millennial period.

Will both of these (the church) and those who come to faith in CHRIST during the tribulation (who either died or are standing after the great tribulation) have "WHITE ROBES"

"And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this down: Blessed are those who die in the Lord from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they are blessed indeed, for they will rest from their hard work; for their good deeds follow them!”

The above scripture is referring to the great tribulation saints.

Regarding the above, here is a challenge for you Miknik5, see how many times the word "Church" appears from Revelation chapter 4 onward. Likewise, see how many times the word "Saints" appears throughout chapters 1 thru 3.

Just Keep watching, because it is going to happen before your very eyes. You will also see a political ruler make a seven year covenant with Israel, which will allow them to build their temple. When you see this take place, then know that the seven years have begun and God's wrath with it.
