That is so cool!
I've never seen a snake warm up to a cat or the other way around.
Just hanging out and going for a ride. Lol!

Here's someone's idea of catch and relocation so the people don't harm the gentle little fluff ball.

Cute Little Yogi
Gentle little fluff ball lol...I think I'd rather take my chances with one of your rhinoceros vipers!

This is smashingness overload!

Awesome possums!
Too cute :giggle: Opossums are surely the most adorable critter.
When I was depressed following my Mom's murder, I found that little video helped at times. It's funny how the simple things can sometimes be encouraging. πŸ₯Ή

Simple things are a blessing. Most often, it's the simple things in life that are the most smashing, most comforting, and usually what I'm most thankful for πŸ™

My lil Fluffer is usually a good girl, but is sometimes challenging. She keeps me company and the Lord sent her at the perfect time. She looks just like her little momma.

The year before, I found a fresh mouse in the trap in the garage. I thought I'd put it under my blueberry bush for nitrogen, but before leaving my garage asked our Father to get it to a possum that needs a good meal.

As soon as I got to my back yard, I swung it by the tail under the blueberry bush and guess what was underneath it??
It was a little momma opossum with babies! No doubt her first litter! I did not even see her until
It bopped her right on the nose after I tossed it. I didn't even see her until then. πŸ˜„
God directed it exactly through me as He provided her food and put her in the exact spot to get that meal!
He blessed me by answering my prayer.
He provided her a blessing that evening with a mouse.
He provided me a blessing with one of her cute little babies the following year.
I know it was hers because it's unusually petite like her mother and has the exact same face.
What a blessing.

Your fondness for critters is touching.
There has been many times I've been comforted by the presence of critters, which I'm without a doubt is the Lord comforting me. It seems like when I'm distressed, the more likely I am to encounter more wildlife or even see a critter I haven't seen in person before. The fall before last I was in Georgia and I was looking through a list of spiders there. I saw the arrowhead spider on the list and I just breezed past it as I thought to myself, "Pfft, I'll never see one of those." Even though they aren't a rare spider, I had yet to run across one despite being out looking for spiders many times. Anyway, just a few minutes later I went outside and what did I see almost immediately? I seen a massive web and in the middle of it was an arrowhead spider.
The Lord knows each of us well and what is most comforting to each of us.
A blessing indeed!

That's so precious!
He loves us so much.

I just looked it up.
I've seen these before!

I had taken a pic of the arrowhead I saw with the phone I had before the one I'm using now. My previous phone starting having issues, but I saved my pics before it died. I kept it as my cover pic until my phone died. I didn't see you included a pic of one until I returned to the thread, but I'll include the pic I took anyway.
Too bad I didn't get a pic of how big the web was. It was surprisingly large. The only other webs I've seen that have been as large are the webs the orbs make at nighttime.
Spiders amaze me...

What a wonderful picture!
It's in focus and everything.
That's a pretty red one!
Their webs are major . I always hope to see them so I can go around because I don't like them in my face . πŸ˜†

Sometimes a night orb will build a web at night right in the doorway. I usually do one of 3 things: limbo under it if possible or I'll undo one side of the web and reattach it after I've gone through (usually the spidey allows this and continues to use the web) or I just won't go outside lol.

That's super courteous. I have friends that aren't that courteous with people. Lol
