The new chat app has a lot of changes, but little information given on the changes. For example the most recent version claims to have volume controls, at least for the Windows version, yet i can't find them anywhere. I put a post up and got zero response a week ago. Even with Once coming to this area multiple times he didn't respond to my post. I'm unsure why there is no official release of updated functions and requirements and explanations for the app considering the frequent influx of questions that come in about it.
I was told it sounded like i haven't had the tour, yet i remember having it. But i'm missing things i supposedly should have. Quite honestly the entire situation revolving around the chat app is frustrating with almost no answers coming in.
I'm at a loss about the volume control. I logged in the other day for a few minutes and the volume control is center (left to right) directly above the text input box.
Beats me.
