I'd like to take this moment to point out the obvious and say:

we are all insane... in the membrane...
 
yes, doing the splits in jeans is never wise, especially without adequate stretching
 
*awkwardly sits in silence wishing he could change out of his newly-ripped jeans*
 
*vows to never mention this awkward situation ever again... and on top of that vows to.... rarely.... ever attempt to do the splits again*
 
I can't do the splits in jeans or otherwise. even with adequate stretching!
 
Ah, which proves that you are a human being! Huzzah! Anyone who can do the splits is most likely not human... or only half anyway
