1. God works in all things including who is placed in power. He allows the Jews to elect a king despite his warning not to. Well God still worked in it (King David) and others.

3. Some yes, some no. A party is a mixture of people. Some good, some bad. There are good Christians in politics.
4. The Bible has commands for good government. Power isn't necessarily a bad thing when held by just people. You can love while equally being just.

9. Sure but we must define Christian as those who follow Christ and His commands. A church that twists this or cherry picks is not following the Christ of the Bible.

I think this is a great concern, but maybe I'm just conspiracy theorist, or a Protestant.
