Btw, has anybody tried raw cocoa beans? Havent yet encountered that in my country. Is it similar to dark chocolate?

I just saw the title of chocolate and had to look. Has anyone else ever eaten bakers chocolate and liked it?

Yeah, I have. But when it comes to chocolate I'm not too picky really, I just dont like the milk ones. Less milk, and more chocolate please... :)

I have to agree on not being picky. Ever use the wilton chocolates and molds? I have and made homemade peanut butter cups before by melting the chocolate into little cups. After they harden, pour peanut butter fudge, still in liquid form, into the cup and let them harden. They are really good and popular at church.

No I havent but it sounds pretty good... :)
Some day when I can afford/access the raw ingredients I'd like to make my own homemade organic chocolate and such... in yay molds like stars and hearts... for now I dont have access to cocoa butter or cocoa beans where I live... I could get cocoa butter but it's very expensive here...
