I've always wondered...why is it that guys are usually the first one to pm girls...why dont girls ever just randomly pm guys? not saying its bad that they do or dont....just always wondered....

Agreed, BUT alot of times people pull zombie threads forward and respond to the OP, not realizing that they may have left CC or were banned. Hence my suggestion to check whether or not the OP is still here, and when their last online activity was.
