Yes. Every time you refresh the latest posts will appear. The forums are an excellent outlet for expressing in-depth thought processes and you will usually get a response, often an immediate one. Chat rooms are for the fleeting, frivolous chatter.
 
Are the Chat rooms down? I am getting empty rooms, was just in 15-20 mins ago, and now i cant get in to anything but emptiness, darkness, loneliness, the silence is killing me.

Apparently, chat is going weird, yet again. The forums almost always function though, albeit a bit dysfunctional at times.
 
Currently chat is functioning fine (I just logged out and back in just to make sure).
