What's a chat? Oh yeah, the place where trivial matters are discussed and quickly dismissed. If I were there I would probably ban a few peeps before they banned me. :)

You said "typing a post". That's forums, not chats.
And yes, 2+ years ago on a completely different software platform the chats had color options. Not sure how thats relevant to the current software.

People can type things even in the chat rooms whether they are on the mic or not :)

There's no option for that on mobile
That happens to me on mobile too sometimes, so you need to "Toggle BB Code" first if not enabled already (by tapping/clicking the gear icon Screen Shot 2020-09-16 at 1.42.26 PM.png at the end of the toolbar), or otherwise you end up typing in plain text only (no color).
